Dr. Barish joined Wake Internal Medicine in 1985. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine with the University of North Carolina School of Medicine. Dr. Barish also founded Wake Research Associates in 1985, and has become a respected thought leader in both the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology industry. He has authored and co-authored articles regarding gastrointestinal disorders in numerous medical journals and books. Dr. Ender joined Wake Internal Medicine in 1993. He has previously served as an instructor to medical students and residents at the University of North Carolina program at WakeMed Hospital.
